CCS offers many options for repair and technical support.
From home systems, to schools, and business, CCS can assist you in
keeping your system in peek performance.
Technical Support
- Email Support-We can work through a
problem together via email.
Emails will be checked and responded to in a timely manner,
usually within 12 hours.
- Phone Support-We can work through a problem
together via a phone call. This may need to be scheduled
at a certain time. Please call or email to inquire and/or
set up a time.
- In-home/On Location Support/Repair-Arrangements
can be made for on-location support and repair. Please
contact us via email or phone and a written estimate will be
figured for the job and travel.
- Pick-up Support/Repair-Arrangements can be
made for your equipment to be picked-up. Please contact us
via email or phone for a written estimate.
- Drop-off Support/Repair-You can drop off
your equipment at our shop, located at 404 Broadway, in Paducah,
KY, during business hours. You will be notified when
finished for pick-up.
