About Cook's Computer Solutions

Mr. Daniel E. Cook, MS

Daniel Cook has been working in the technology field for over 20 years. Within this field, he has held various positions, including: technology teacher, technician, network administrator, technology director, consultant and installed and maintained business phone systems and security cameras.

Daniel currently holds a B.S. in Education from Southern Illinois University and a M.S. in Workforce Education specializing in adualt computer technology/technician from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He has additional computer servicing and network training from John A. Logan College in Carterville, Illinois.

Cook's Computer Solutions, LLC

Daniel began Cook's Computer Solutions in 2008 when he and his wife, Jo, moved to an apartment in Lowertown Paducah, Kentucky. Cook's Computer Solutions began as a basic technology and repair company. Within two years, Daniel began to establish a customer base and grew his computer business. Meanwhile, Jo started her own business, Jo's Baskets and Gifts.

In 2010, Daniel and Jo purchased the building located at 404 Broadway Street, located in Historic Downtown Paducah, Kentucky, as a permanent location for both of their businesses.

Daniel continued to grow Cook's Computer Solutions into a full IT service business and more, offering business services such as phones and security cameras.

In January, 2018, we decided a change was needed. We moved Cook's Computer Solutions to our residence in Reidland and have plans to open Jo's Basket onsite as Jo's Gift Barn.

When not working on technology solutions, Daniel enjoys designing and making stained glass art windows an sun catchers. He also likes doing varous projects around the house and vegetable gardening. He and his wife now live in McCracken County and have one mixed breed dog, Red. They adopted Red from the McCracken County Shelter in May of 2016.
